KOREAN TOURIST ORGANISATION SUPPORTS EUROPEAN TAEKWONDO CHAMPIONSHIPS
The Korean Tourism Organization (KTO) has come on board as destination partner to the European Taekwondo Championships.
Steve Flynn, Commercial Manager at GB Taekwondo said: “We’re delighted that KTO have agreed to sponsor the European Taekwondo Championships, the last major event ahead of the Games this summer. Taekwondo has its origins in Korea and like many of the European Nations competing here in Manchester, we still have strong links to Korea.”
KTO Director Mr. Hongki Kim said: “We are very happy to be a sponsor of the ‘European Taekwondo Championships’ and look forward to engaging with the audiences that such a partnership will allow access too. We are also happy to provide our knowledge and expertise to further stimulate interest in Korea as the ‘home of Taekwondo.”
