07 Coach Accreditation

One (1) coach will be accredited for every team entering up to five (5) competitors.

For each subsequent group of five (5) competitors entered, an additional coach pass will be issued.

There can be a maximum of six (6) coaches per team.

Additional coaching passes may be purchased for £20 by completing a coaches’ application online for each additional pass required.

This must be done at the same time as you pay entry fees.

The minimum age for a coach must be 18 years.

Coaches will only be permitted at ringside in appropriate sportswear, no shorts.

All coaches must hold a current British Taekwondo membership, Instructors Indemnity Insurance and must possess a valid criminal records check document (DBS).

Coach’s passes will only be issued if the coach’s membership information is completed in full online. All coaches will be asked to present their membership and indemnity insurance documents at registration and must collect their passes personally.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue passes to any coach who does not present their membership and indemnity documents.

All coaches must register online prior to the deadline date. Once this deadline has passed no further coaches will be added. All information must be given online or coaches will be removed from the system.
