Our development philosophy:
The ambition at Jeon-Sa is to challenge ourselves to continually develop, improve, learn and evolve whilst delivering age appropriate coaching to support long term advancement and athlete development. Parallel to this the club are seeking to promote the growth and participation of Taekwondo and to positively contribute to the ongoing development of Olympic Taekwondo in Great Britain.
Our development philosophy can be summed up, in brief, by our Mission Statement:
‘To maximise potential through exceptional coaching whilst providing the opportunities and support to develop world class talent’.
Our proudest achievements:
1) Opened our own full time training facility in January 2014.
2) Holly Kelly selected to represent Great Britain at the European Championships in 2015, France where she won the Bronze medal, as well as representing GB at the 2015 World Championships in Korea and 2016 European Championships in Romania.
3) Athletes selected for the cadet & junior GB development squads
4) Various A class national & international medallists.
5) Recognised as a GB Taekwondo Talent Club.

Our key achievements and relationships:
Some of our key partners and projects over the last 5 years include the delivery of Sport England’s Grand Prix Legacy Programme as well as Eastlands Trust & the Manchester Active Schools programme.
We have recently received sponsorship from Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s, A-Z Sportswear.
Physio Nathan Hall is a key partner and continues to treat and work with a number of our athletes, providing physiotherapy and S&C.
Another recent partner is the Manchester University Korean Student Society, we have been working together to promote Taekwondo and Korean culture in Manchester.
The introduction our Elite Development Squad (EDS) and Fit 2 Fight S&C programmes have seen our sport athletes go from strength to strength. The EDS programme aims to identify and develop athletes capable of delivering medal success on a national and international level. The programme is in place to maximise the potential of our most talented athletes whilst aiming to provide a structured route into the GB Taekwondo Talent Pathway.
We have hosted various GB athlete / coach seminars, including Jade Jones, Paul Green, Bianca Walkden, Martin Stamper, Damon Sansum, Andrew Deer and Neil Parsley and have a series of Talent Camps planned for 2017 with former GB athlete Andrew Deer.
