About Christian

Christian McNeish made the switch from Kickboxing to Taekwondo at the age of 16 in the hope of one day becoming Olympic Champion. He had previously had a successful career in WAKO and won both junior European and World Championships titles before transitioning.

London-born McNeish earned a bronze medal at the Youth Olympic Games in 2014 before winning impressive golds at not only the Commonwealth but the European Championships in 2018 too.

Proving he is no stranger when it comes to multi-sport environments, McNeish headed to Korea in 2015 to compete at the University Games, where he reached the semi-final stages and added another bronze to his medal tally.

Since then, Christian has been selected to represent Great Britain at a number of World Championships and has also medalled on the World Taekwondo Grand Prix series.
