About Lauren
Kickboxer Lauren made the switch to Taekwondo after having watched Jade Jones become Olympic Champion at London 2012 on her TV.
A Fighting Chance graduate, Lauren became Junior World Champion in 2014 and began fighting as a senior in 2016.
Lauren struck gold at the European Championships in 2016 and was selected as a reserve for the Olympic Games in Rio, before retaining her title as Junior World Champion later that year.
A force to be reckoned with, Lauren defended her European crown and finished off 2018 with a gold at the Grand Slam in Wuxi, China.
She also achieved silver at the 2021 European Championships and the Olympic Games in Tokyo.
