Watch Live: 2023 European Games

The 2023 European Games take place in Krakow, Poland between 21st June-2nd July and Taekwondo will take centre stage from 23rd-26th June.

The martial art was initially included at the inaugural event in 2015 where Charlie Maddock (gold), Jade Jones (gold) and Lutalo Muhammad (bronze) medalled.

Team GB have selected 178 athletes to compete across 18 Olympic disciplines. Qualification for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games will be on the line for most disciplines with Taekwondo athletes among those competing for all-important ranking points for Paris 2024 qualification.

The third edition of the European Games will see around 7,000 athletes from 48 European nations compete across a 12-day sporting programme.
