ABOUT BETH
Liverpool-born Munro is a former netball player who turned to javelin to pursue her Paralympic dream.
Initially scouted by Disability Sport Wales, she was asked to attend regular training sessions in Cardiff which eventually resulted in her taking up Taekwondo.
The rest as we say is history as she became the first ever Brit to secure a Paralympic Taekwondo medal at Tokyo2020 and has since won the European Championships at the Regional Arena in Manchester.
