A staff member at GB Taekwondo has received a positive COVID19 result on 21^st March. The individual has been self-isolating since 14^th March as a precaution and is now recovering well. Following Government guidelines, other members of staff have also been told to self-isolate and are in regular communication with the team. Elite training was suspended at the National Taekwondo Centre on 21^st March and will undergo a deep clean.

Chief Executive Officer Matt Archibald said: “As always, the welfare of our staff and athletes is of the utmost importance, we are in regular dialogue with the relevant bodies to manage the situation correctly and look forward to getting back to training at the Centre again.”
